IT Help Desk

If you are having problems with your Chromebook, please ensure you have tried the items listed below prior to creating a Help Desk ticket.  

1. Turn your device completely off.  Turn it back on again and see if the problem persists.

2. If you are having problems with wireless at your home.
    a. Please test that other devices in your home can access internet.
    b. Move your device closer to the wireless router.
Unplug your home router, wait 20 seconds, then turn it back on.

3. Please take a look at the FAQ section for other helpful troubleshooting tips.

If you have tried the steps above and have not already entered a ticket, you may click on "Submit at Ticket" below.

If you have already called the Help Desk, a ticket has been created.  There is no need to create another ticket.
