This is a daily tuition based preschool program offered by the South Plainfield Adult School, under the auspices of the South Plainfield Board of Education. Classes are held in the Roosevelt/Administration Building at 125 Jackson Ave.   Programs are available for regular education and special services children. 

Classes are offered for children who will be 2 ½ years old by Aug. 1, 2011, 3 years old by Oct. 1 and 4 year olds by Oct. 1. The 2 ½ year old classes meet two days per week in the morning and the 3 and 4 year olds meet 2 or 3 days a week in the am or pm sessions.   There are also programs for 5 days a week in the pm for 3 year olds, and in the morning or afternoon for 4 year olds.  

The program is designed to meet the needs of the children in regards to socialization, adjustment to a school environment and basic learning skills (Tools of the Mind). Each class has instructor(s) and aide(s).
